Review the course shape, adjust its detail and points, then set timing lines. Import your own recordings or data you are permitted to use, and observe its licence and attribution requirements. SIRI, SHORTCUTS AND ACTION BUTTON Use the same action to start, then stop and save. A start may require unlocking the iPhone and opening the app. Lap Timing requires the Full Version and a prepared course or valid start/finish line. The FAQ explains setup and voice commands. Start recording before driving. GPS + IPHONE SENSORS For eligible standard sprints, sensor fusion combines GPS and motion data to estimate launch, speed progression and GPS delay. Keep your iPhone firmly mounted. Fusion is used only when its checks pass; GPS remains available for comparison. Suitable rides may receive a separate ≈ estimate after recording; estimates do not become confirmed records. New rides store motion data at a nominal 50 Hz. Older rides require sufficient stored data. APPLE WATCH View live data and control Sprint recordings from your wrist. Optional Race Training records heart rate and saves a workout to Apple Health with permission. Including heart rate in backups or waypoint CSV requires separate consent. EXTERNAL GPS Supports Dual XGPS150/XGPS150A, XGPS160 SkyPro and Dragy Lite. Dragy Lite offers 10, 20 or 25 Hz. More samples do not guarantee greater accuracy.
